Cancellation Policy

Cancelling any time

You may cancel your Business subscription at any time. There's no minimum term and no cancellation fee.

How to cancel

Open Account inside the RecBeam extension and choose Manage subscription. This opens Lemon Squeezy's secure Customer Portal, where you can cancel directly.

What happens after you cancel

• Your Business access continues through the end of your current paid billing period.
• Your subscription will not renew or be charged again after that.
• No prorated refund is automatically issued for the unused portion of the current period — see our Refund Policy for refund eligibility.

Resuming before expiration

If you change your mind before your billing period ends, you can resume your subscription from the same Customer Portal, restoring uninterrupted Business access.

After your Business access ends

• Your account returns to the Starter plan.
• Nothing is automatically deleted — your existing videos and screenshots remain accessible.
• Starter limits (5-minute recordings, 25 active cloud videos) apply to new recording and upload activity going forward. If you're over the Starter video limit, you won't be able to upload new videos until you're back under the limit or upgrade again.

Account deletion is separate

Cancelling your subscription does not delete your RecBeam account or content. To delete your account entirely, see our data deletion instructions after cancelling any active subscription.
