Subprocessors — RecBeam

RecBeam is established in Pakistan and operated by Nexus Eclipse (Pvt) Ltd. These providers run the live product. They operate globally (including the United States). RecBeam does not offer a customer-picked data region.

This list is RecBeam’s processors. It is not a list of RecBeam security certifications.

Current subprocessors

• Google — Sign-In. Name, email, Google user ID, profile photo. Scopes: userinfo.email and userinfo.profile only.
• Cloudflare Workers — API and share pages at api.recbeam.com. Account, metadata, share traffic, request metadata.
• Cloudflare D1 — Database for users, library metadata, comments, views, workspaces, hashed sessions, billing status.
• Cloudflare R2 — Video and screenshot objects. Private; served through the RecBeam API.
• Cloudflare Workers AI — Transcripts and summaries. Audio from the owner’s recording and transcript text. Whisper and Llama models are Cloudflare-hosted. RecBeam does not call OpenAI’s API.
• Lemon Squeezy — Merchant of Record. Checkout email RecBeam sends; cards stay on Lemon Squeezy. RecBeam keeps plan, status, and provider IDs. RecBeam never stores PAN/CVV.

Not used in current RecBeam product code: separate OpenAI or Anthropic APIs, transactional email providers, Sentry, Mixpanel, PostHog, Google Analytics, or ad pixels.
