Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RecBeam, a product of Nexus Eclipse (Pvt) Ltd ("RecBeam", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using RecBeam, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You need a RecBeam account, created through Google Sign-In, to record, upload, or share content through RecBeam. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activity that occurs under your RecBeam account.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of the recordings, screenshots, and other content you create ("Content"). We do not claim ownership over your Content. You grant RecBeam only the limited rights needed to store, host, process, and transmit your Content so it can be uploaded, played back, and shared through the service as you direct.

3. Recording consent

You are responsible for the Content you record, upload, and share, and for making sure you have the right to record and share it — including obtaining consent from anyone appearing or speaking in a recording where required by applicable law. Do not use RecBeam to record anyone without the consent required in your jurisdiction.

4. Public sharing links

Uploading a recording or screenshot may generate a public, unlisted sharing link. Anyone with the exact link can view that content without signing in. You are solely responsible for deciding who receives a share link and for the consequences of sharing it. Share links are not password-protected — treat them as you would any private but unencrypted link.

5. Prohibited content and acceptable use

You agree to use RecBeam only for lawful purposes. You may not use RecBeam to create, upload, or share content that:

• Is illegal, fraudulent, or infringes another person's rights
• Contains malware or is intended to harm others' devices or accounts
• Harasses, threatens, or exploits any individual
• Violates another person's privacy, including recording someone without appropriate consent where required

6. Plans, pricing, and subscriptions

RecBeam offers a free Starter plan and a paid Business subscription, described on our Pricing page. Business subscriptions are billed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider and Merchant of Record, on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, as selected at checkout).

Automatic renewal. Business subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. You authorize Lemon Squeezy to charge your payment method for each renewal at the then-current price for your plan.

Pricing changes. We may change plan pricing or entitlements from time to time. Where required, we will provide notice before a price change takes effect for existing subscribers; continuing to use a paid plan after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Cancellation. You may cancel at any time through Lemon Squeezy's Customer Portal, accessible from Manage subscription inside RecBeam. See our Cancellation Policy for what happens to your access and Content after cancelling.

Refunds. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

RecBeam may apply storage quotas, upload size limits, recording-duration limits, and rate limits to any plan; current limits are described on our Pricing page and enforced by our servers.

7. Intellectual property

RecBeam, its logo, and its software are the property of Nexus Eclipse (Pvt) Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use RecBeam's trademarks, branding, or source code outside of using the service as intended.

If you believe Content uploaded through RecBeam infringes your intellectual property rights, contact [email protected] with a description of the content, its location (share link), and your rights in the material. We will review and respond to valid complaints.

8. Service availability

RecBeam is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and features, storage limits, and pricing may change as the product develops.

9. Suspension and account termination

We may suspend or terminate access to RecBeam for accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the service, fail to pay applicable subscription fees, or create risk for other users or for RecBeam. Where practical, we will attempt to notify you before or promptly after taking such action. You may stop using RecBeam, or request account deletion, at any time — see our deletion instructions.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

RecBeam is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RecBeam and Nexus Eclipse (Pvt) Ltd are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of Content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of RecBeam shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as RecBeam develops. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continuing to use RecBeam after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
