How cancellation works
Cancel any time from Manage Subscription. Your Business access continues through the end of the period you already paid for, then your account returns to Starter. Nothing is deleted. See our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy for full details.
Billing questions
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes — open Manage Subscription from your RecBeam Account view to change your billing interval through Lemon Squeezy's Customer Portal.
What happens to my videos if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. If you're over the Starter limit when your Business plan ends, your existing videos stay accessible — you just can't add new ones until you're back under the limit or you upgrade again.

Is billing handled securely?
Yes. All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. RecBeam never sees or stores your full card details.
Will I be charged tax?
