Common questions

Sign-in issues

If Google Sign-In isn't working, try removing and re-adding the RecBeam extension's permission for your Google account from your Chrome settings, then sign in again.

Upload problems

Large recordings can take a while to upload. If an upload fails, check your internet connection and try again — your recording stays saved locally until the upload succeeds.

Playback or seeking issues

If a shared recording won't play or seeking doesn't work, try reloading the share page. If the problem continues, send us the share link so we can investigate.
